My expectations on research.

For my topic, gun control, I am fully expecting to find that certain events in history involving guns will inevitably have changed the public's opinion on gun control. If I look back to the Columbine incident then after I will expect that the support for more gun control will go up drastically. The gun control topic has variables with the public that directly effect it and the public's security.
